UBC-UPCC | Resinous Wall & Ceiling Coating System

This project at UBC – UPCC involved the application of a high-performance resinous coating system to interior walls and ceilings, designed to provide a durable, seamless, and easy-to-maintain finish.

The coating system included surface priming followed by a double-coat gloss finish, creating a smooth and resilient protective surface. A matte-finish waterproof coating was also incorporated to provide additional moisture protection and enhance long-term performance in areas requiring greater resistance to water exposure.

Both the walls and ceilings received pigmented coatings, providing consistent coverage and a clean, uniform appearance throughout the space. The completed system combines waterproofing performance, durability, and ease of maintenance, making it well suited for institutional environments requiring reliable protection and a high-quality finished surface.
