Langley Fort Deck

This approximately 450 sq. ft. exterior deck in Langley was completed using a Flexstone waterproofing system, providing a seamless, durable, and weather-resistant surface designed for long-term exterior performance.

The scope included surface preparation and control joint filling to address existing joints and create a consistent substrate prior to the waterproofing application. The Flexstone system was then installed to provide a continuous protective membrane that helps safeguard the deck from moisture intrusion, changing weather conditions, and everyday foot traffic.

The completed system delivers a clean, seamless finish while combining waterproofing performance, flexibility, and durability—making it a practical solution for exposed residential deck areas in British Columbia.
